ORICO 229rsh 2-bay tool-free 2.5" RAID mobile rack
Product Introduction：
ORICO 229rsh is a 2-bay RAID mobile rack, which volume is equal to 3.5" HDD and can accommodate 2 pcs 2.5" HDD/SSD and build in 3 RAID function: RAID0,1,JBOD. The most importance is it only occupies one FD space and one SATA interface.
ORICO 229rsh enjoys great prestige as "Data safe expert" "Speed promotion expert" and "radiating expert". This product has very strong data storage and protect function, using no fan radiating design, cover made of radiating –effective aluminum material and has ventilation holes.
RAID FUCTION
Raid0 (Speed up):
Fast is our most familiar RAID 0 mode. In RAID 0 status, the storage data is divided into 2 parts and store at 2 pcs HDD respectively, the speed of HDD storage is twice of single HDD. The weak point of RAID 0 is if any HDD has error, the data of whole RAID can’t be recovered.4. RAID0 mode: capacity redoubled up to 1.75 times

Raid1 (Mirror):
Safe is RAID1 mode, In RAID 1status, 2 pcs HDD are to be mirrors each other. The capacity is equal to the small HDD’s capacity, but storage speed is same. The advantage of RAID 1 is if any HDD has error, the data of whole RAID can’t lose, but weak point is the HDD capacity loses too much.
Note: This is perfectly safe storage proposal for your most important data, such as private data, database.
Jbod (Normal mode):
In JBOD setting, the HDD has no RAID mode, the 2 pcs HDD run respectively and be distinguished as 2 pcs HDD in system. Customer can choose any HDD store files. If one
HDD has error, Another one is not be influenced.
